Description

The Deluxe Apartments are located near a major thoroughfare, on Akademika Palladina Avenue, a 7-minute walk from the Akademgorodok metro station. They’re in a quiet neighborhood of Kyiv, where courtyards with gardens and blooming flower beds are tucked away.
The apartment’s interior is designed in a light Scandinavian style with Provençal elements. The windows in the kitchen area feature minimalist decor in the form of convenient roller shades, while the bedroom has curtains made of light, flowing fabric that are pulled aside from the window to let in as much sunlight as possible.
In the living area, a comfortable lavender-lilac corner sofa bed serves as a striking accent and another highlight of the Scandinavian interior. The upholstered seats of the chairs in the dining area are in the same color. The table, chairs, and bed with nightstands are made of bleached oak, which harmoniously complements the light-colored interior.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a 4-burner electric stove with an oven, essential cookware, tea, coffee, and sugar.
The apartment offers plenty of storage space for belongings and clothing, hidden behind the mirrored sliding doors of the built-in wardrobes. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, and a hair dryer.
The spacious bathroom features new fixtures and a large shower stall. A mini-toiletry kit is provided, including shampoo, shower gel, and slippers. The water heater ensures a continuous supply of hot water, so you can take a hot shower at any time of day.

A crib is available upon prior request. The cost of this service is 500 UAH.

Additional house rules

The timeframe can be shifted to one side or the other at the request of the client, but with this option available from the administration of the apartment and only for the full payment of additional night of accommodation. In case of cancellation of booking 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the cost of one night accommodation will be charged. Upon check-in a deposit is to be paid (it is returned upon departure on condition that no damage is done to the property). Standard accommodation includes linen for 2 people. If you need 1 more set of linen - it will be for an additional cost of 300 UAH. Tell the administrator the NUMBER of people who will be staying and the need for an additional set of bed linen and towels.

Заселення було простим і без зайвих проблем. Розташування квартири дуже зручне, плюс вона досить простора, що додає комфорту. В наявності є мікрохвильова піч (частково працює, але деякі кнопки зламані) і холодильник. Також плюс у тому, що передоплату повернули швидко й без зайвих питань.

Є кілька моментів, які варто врахувати. Підлога була непомита – білі тапочки за короткий час стали чорними. Холодильник був у не зовсім чистому стані, а посуд довелося мити перед використанням через залишки накипу та бруду. Основна проблема – душ: лійка була зламана, а каналізація забита, через що вода просто стояла. При цьому квартиру здали без перевірки після попередніх гостей, і хоча власниця відреагувала швидко, сантехніка планували викликати вже під час мого перебування, що не зовсім коректно, враховуючи повну вартість оренди. Ніякої компенсації за ці незручності надано не було. Кондиціонери є, але без пультів, тож скористатися ними неможливо. На фото зазначені халати, але їх у квартирі немає. Також на дивані залишилася пляма, яку не прибрали перед моїм заселенням Загалом квартира має хороші параметри, але варто більше уваги приділяти чистоті та перевірці технічного стану перед здачею гостям.

Дякуємо вам за детальний відгук та за те, що відзначили зручне розташування квартири, простір апартаментів, швидке заселення та оперативне повернення передоплати Нам щиро шкода, що частина моментів під час проживання залишила негативне враження. Ми вже провели розмову з покоївкою та додатково контролюємо якість підготовки квартири перед заселенням гостей. Також перевіримо стан сантехніки, мікрохвильової печі та кухонного приладдя. Щодо халатів — вони, на жаль, не входять до стандартної комплектації апартаментів. Також хочемо уточнити, що в період з 15.10 по 15.04 пульти до кондиціонерів не видаються, оскільки в цей час кондиціонери не використовуються для охолодження. Дякуємо вам за конструктивний зворотний зв’язок — саме такі коментарі допомагають нам покращувати сервіс. Будемо раді бачити вас знову!

Шикарная квартира. Останавливалась с двумя детьми, все удобства есть. Зря везла посуду - она так же есть. Кровати удобные, все принадлежности в полном идеале.
