Large studio apartment with separate kitchen in a new building on Teremkivska street 3A

Teremki metro 500 meters, Teremki bus station 200 meters, Pivdenna bus station 2.5 km, Feofaniya clinic 4 km, Khreshchatyk city center 15 km, Kyiv airport (Zhulyany) 9 km, Kyiv airport (Boryspil) 37 km, Odesa 460 km (4 hours) and you are at the sea :) Near the Republic Shopping Center, Magellan Epicenter Metro, Stolychnyi Market, VDNH Expocenter, Ice Stadium, Hippodrome, Pirogovo Museum of Ethnography, Reserve and Feofaniya Monastery. Convenient transportation to the city center can be reached in 20 minutes.
On the 6th floor there is an elevator. The balcony.
Household appliances: TV, washing machine, refrigerator, hood, stove, oven, kettle, iron, hair dryer, boiler (no problems with hot water), there are all the necessary utensils.
Number of beds: 4 (2+2). Double bed with orthopedic mattress and sofa bed.
The price includes 2 sets of double bed linen, 4 towels (2 large, 2 small). Additional linen is available for a fee.
There is access to Wi-Fi.

It is necessary to leave a deposit equal to one night's stay, which will be refunded upon departure, or will not be refunded if the apartment and the property in it are damaged and the smell of tobacco is heard.

Early arrival - before 14:00 is paid separately in the amount of 1 night stay in the apartment. Late arrival to the apartment (after 22:30) is paid additionally -300 UAH. Late check-out (from 12:00 to 18:00) is paid separately in the amount of half of the daily stay in the apartment. Late check-out after 18:00 - in the amount of 1 night stay in the apartment.
