The apartment is not rented for birthday parties, mass events, or simply “hanging out with friends.” We will evict you at any time without refunding your payment.

Full payment for the order is made upon check-in, a rental agreement is signed, and a passport is required.
For people aged 25 and older.

Early check-in (before 1:30 p.m.) is charged separately at the rate of 1 day's stay in the apartment.
Late check-in (after 10:30 p.m.) is charged additionally at 300 UAH.
Late check-out (from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) is charged separately at half the daily rate for the apartment.
Late check-out after 6:00 p.m. is charged at the rate of one day's stay in the apartment.
