Недостатков не заметила вообще. Квартира просторная, не смотря на то, что 1-комнатная, светлая, удобно распланированная и есть все необходимое для жизни, это огромный плюс.

The apartment itself. A little small but different in a good way, the space is used well and there is a lot of nice things about the apartment. The shower was excellent, the apartment was well heated, and everything worked as expected.
There were no serious issues, the only thing that would have made it perfect was the shower is a little small.

Очень вежливая и приятная хозяйка.
Заселились не в 14:00 , а позже как у нас получается - без проблем. Всё очень налажено и оперативно.
Квартира находится в центре города, очень удобно, всё рядом.
В квартире есть всё необходимое, чайник, фен, утюг, микроволновка, кондиционер, телевизор.
